1. CLERICAL OFFICERS – JOB GROUP “G” – 1,018 POSITIONS
• Basic Salary: KSh. 16692 – 21,304 per month
• House Allowance: 5,584 per Month In Nairobi (Other areas to be determined as per station of employment)
• Commuter Allowance: 4000 per month
• Leave Allowance; 4000 once a year
• Leave days: 30 days a year
• TOS: 1 Year Contract
REQUIREMENTS:
A candidate MUST have:
i. KCSE C- or its approved equivalent
ii. Proficiency in Computer Applications and
iii. Be below 45 years.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
• Compiling Statistical Records, sorting, dispatching letters; maintaining an efficient filing system; photography, recording fingerprint impressions, filing registration application forms, compiling registration returns, retrieval and issuing ID cards; scanning of ID cards; entering the and verification of data; and any other related duties that may be assigned.

2. OFFICE ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT III, JOB GROUP “G” – (212) POSTS
• Basic Salary: KSh. 16692 – 21,304 per month
• House Allowance: 5,584 per Month In Nairobi (Other areas to be determined as per station of employment)
• Commuter Allowance: 4000 per month
• Leave Allowance; 4000 once a year
• Leave days: 30 days a year
• TOS: 1 Year Contract
REQUIREMENTS:
A candidate MUST have:
i. KCSE C-(minus) with at least C (plain) in English or Kiswahili Language or its equivalent from a recognized institution.
ii. Business Education Single and Group Certificates (BES & GC) from the KNEC in the following subjects;
a. Typing II (minimum 40 w.p.m)/Computered Document Processing II;
b. Business English I/Communications I:
c. Office Practice I;
d. Commerce I;
Or
iii. Certificate in computer in Secretarial Studies from KNEC
iv. Be below 45 years.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Taking oral dictation; word and data processing from manuscripts; operating office equipment; ensuring security of office equipment, documents and records; attending to visitors/clients; handling telephone calls; keeping an up-to-date filling system in the office; data entry and undertaking any other office administrative duties that may be assigned.
