A second video has emerged of Embakasi East MP Babu Owino fighting outside parliament with his Starehe counterpart Charles Njagwa ‘Jaguar.”

In the second video, angry Babu is seen walking outside parliament premises as Jaguar with orderlies tried to accost him before Babu turns around and beats him up.

Owino beats him in the face before they are separated and walks away.

In the first video, Babu taught Jaguar a political lesson by beating him up at parliament buildings.

In a video that has gone viral, Owino is seen beating up Jaguar and shouting at him that NASA leader Raila Odinga is the president of Kenya and Uhuru Kenyatta and Jubilee Party is just a care taker government.

“Raila is the president, this just a caretaker government,” Owino is heard shouting in the video.

The two were at the assembly cafeteria when orderlies separated them as jaguar left the venue in a huff, complaining bitterly.
