Hon Graham Kagali has emerged as the best county member of assembly from Migori in a recent polling ranking.

The South Kanyamkago MCA serving his second term was feted by Pollster Ranking in a gala dinner in Nakuru on Friday night, a fete also attended by deputy speaker and Bukira Central MCA Mathews Chacha

“In 2023 the pollster ranking was gauging leaders across the country using several parameters and I was happy to turn up as the top in Migori,” Kagali told Migori News over the phone.

He said the positive ranking was a blessing to South Kanyamkago residents in specific and Uriri constituency and Migori county at large.

“We had a tough start when I was re-elected because we had a county government in transition, I know voters have been patient with us and we will deliver more on our development goals,” he said.

He said he has lined up several development agenda which he was confident he will be able to deliver before the next polls.

“I thank ward residents for having faith in us and my leadership, we will not waste this faith and we don’t take it for granted,” Kagali said.

Pollster Ranking was gauging best performing leaders between August and October last year on 16 parameters among them character, accountability, honesty and credibility among others.

The polls had 7,200 respondents from 47 counties with a sampling error of plus or minus three per cent.
