A Rastafarian student wearing dreadlocks have been elected as students’ president in St Peter’s Abwao high school in Migori.

In a photo shared on social media by a teacher at the school, Mr. Aggrey Moriasi, the school’s principal Jacktone Ogolla is seen congratulating him.

“The Rastafari is equally the best performer in maths and sciences,” the teacher posted.

“Does that change your perception (about Rastafarians) abit?,” he posited.
