RIP Hon Ojwang’
Former Uriri Member of Parliament Ojwang Omollo was buried today at his home in Kamgundho area in a ceremony graced by dignitaries.
He passed on at Nairobi hospital after a short illness on March 3.
He served Uriri residents between the year 2007 and 2013 when he lost the seat to the incumbent Uriri Member of Parliament John Kobado.
Kobado, Former Sony sugar MD Paul Odola, and Uriri parliamentary seat aspirant George Ochola and governor Okoth Obado among others condoled with the family.
At the time of his time of death was serving as a board member at Sony Sugar Company.
He had expressed interest for Uriri parliamentary seat on 8th August 2017.
