LABOUR CS Kazungu Kambi – trying to force the NSSF Tassia II project worth Ksh 5B without the approval of NSSF Board.

TRANSPORT CS Michael Kamau has been accused of tender awards manipulations. Conflict of interest in tendering process involving a consultancy firm associated with him. Illegally contracting a Clearing company to clear cargo for a Chinese firm constructing the SGR railway.

AGRICULTURE CS Koskei – allegedly rented government land at Tigoni where he has planted potatoes. allegedly allowed the importation of sugar contrary to the procurement laws of Kenya

LANDS CS Charity Ngilu – colluding with Evason Watiki, owner of a Mombasa land parcel, to inflate its price by Sh110M. Trying to forcefully take over a parcel of land along Statehouse Crescent from Myta Limited.

SIAYA Senator James Orengo – illegally allocating a land parcel Number LR861 to commissioner of lands. Participating in irregular disposal of public land in Westlands.

MACHAKOS Senator Johnstone Muthama misappropriating Ksh 57M CDF meant for rural access roads in the year 2012.

MACHAKOS Governor Alfred Mutua – irregular purchase of 14 Subaru vehicles for county executives. Single-sourcing and failing to adhere to the Public Procurement Act.

NAROK Governor Samuel Tunai – irregular procurements, mismanagement of county revenue and nepotism.

NAIROBI Governor Evans Kidero – abetting irregular procurement at the County Gov’t of Nairobi. Irregularly signing an MoU with Foton East Africa.

TURKANA Governor Josephat Nanok – irregular payments of Ksh 14 million to a bridge contractor.

MOMBASA Governor Hassan – facilitating the grabbing of Mwembe Tayari Market by Mr. Bawazir & Zubedi.

KILIFI Governor Amason Kingi – irregularly procuring the Governor’s house at Sh140 million.

ISIOLO Governor Godana Doyo – fraudulent document purported to be a supplementary budget.

MIGORI Governor Okoth Obado – improprieties involving procurement & misuse of public funds to the tune of Sh600 million.

BOMET Governor Isaac Rutto – irregularly hiring ambulances at a monthly fee of Sh650,000 each. Illegally buying a chopper (helicopter) worth Sh300M & a palatial home in Ngong worth Sh33M. Operating several petrol stations acquired illegally.

GARISSA Governor Nadhif Jama, together with top county officials – engaging in unplanned projects. Irregularly hiring 8 ambulances from the Kenya Redcross at a cost of Sh650,000 per month.

MARSABIT Governor Yatani Ukur – abuse of office, manipulation of budget & mismanagement of office.

MERU Governor Peter Munya – abuse of office & misuse of public funds. Misusing county funds to fuel & service his private car reg no TCD 385EAC.

Parliamentary Accounts Committee members have been accused of Sh1.5 million from defence PS Mutea Iringo to alter a report.

Parliamentary Committee on Agriculture members have been accused of receiving Sh60M bribery from former Mumias Sugar managers.
