Suna West sub-county police have launched a manhunt for man from God Kweru who hacked to death his wife for allegedly denying him his conjugal rights.

Mageyi Ouru is reported to have attacked the wife and hacked her severally using a panga and he then disappeared.

Area deputy county commissioner Yusuf Huka said the deceased, established as Dorothy Atieno succumbed from the injuries on arrival to Migori level four hospital.

“We are investigating further what transpired before her demise,” he said.
