Migori leadership in the forthcoming general elections will be solely determined by agenda of leaders to the electorates, Uriri MP Mark Nyamita has said.

Nyamita said in 2022 elections, leaders who will be hiding behind their tribes, propaganda and clan will be thrown out of the door by voters.

“I always say if you see any leader who hides beyond clan and other innuendos, know he is useless like a donkey’s hide,” Nyamita said.

He said in 2022 election Uriri constituency can still produce a governor despite being the incumbent Okoth Obado’s backyard, the same way senator Ochillo Ayacko still vying for the seat despite losing in 2017.

“Don’t say that Uriri we can’t have a governor because of Obado, we can be added,” Nyamita said.

He said what matters is what a leader can produce to people.

“Ayacko too shouldn’t be denied any chance of being the governor because he is the current senator,” he said.

Both leaders are touted to be in the ballot for the second governor seat in 2017.

He was speaking at St Celestino Oruba Catholic in Suna West constituency where he was hosted, among other leaders, for a funds drive.
