NO SHOW: Kagwe picks Kakamega over Migori, Homa Bay for Covid 19 Saturday update

Health Cabinet Secretary Mutahi Kagwe on Saturday left Migori and Homa Bay counties in a limbo as he picked Kakamega for daily national Covid 19 update.

On Friday, Kagwe and his team were in Kisii county where they were hosted by governor James Ongwae.

In a first statement sent to media houses, the ministry of health had picked Homa Bay county for Saturday after Kisii visit with visit cancelled as nurses in Homa Bay are currently on strike.

Migori was supposed to be the next county and until Friday evening several preparation from the county health department were on top gear to receive Kagwe.

Until Saturday morning, officials in Migori expected Kagwe to visit before a programme for his Kakamega visit surfaced.

On Sunday Kagwe will be in Kisumu county.
