Rongo MP Paul Abuor, who was elected to parliament for the first time after several failed attempts since 1997 has promised to donate his first salary towards NASA campaigns.

Abuor said the donation will go directly to the ODM party which sponsored him to parliament and will help in NASA leader Raila Odinga re-election bid.

“I believe that Raila is headed to form the next government and the donation will be in good faith, Raila supporters should follow suit,” Abuor said.

He added that he will “rebrand with NASA presidential campaign team and fuel all my campaign vehicles to join the presidential campaigns as I am sure we have the numbers to win.”

Abuor challenged the IEBC to ensure commissioners and officials who bungled the last elections are charged and sacked to bring back faith to the commission.

Abuor has called on president Uhuru Kenyatta and the Jubilee Party leadership to stop attacking Supreme Court over presidential petition decision on Friday.

“The Jubilee leadership and election observers were quick to point at Supreme Court way, we respected that and the decision should be respected,” Abuor said.

Abuor pointed out that attack on Judges and claims that there was attempts by government officials to compromise them shows the Jubilee win was based on shaky grounds.
