Migori has no confirmed Covid19 case as per Monday March 23 night, county health executive Isca Oluoch has said.
Oluoch, in a local radio station interview said despite several cases all tests have been brought out as negative, and urged residents should continue to exercise caution.
“We want Migori residents to continue with measures in place to control spread of the virus,” she said.
She said Kenyans should live “assuming everybody else has the virus except you, to increase prevention.”
She said so far three residents who arrived from abroad have been monitored.
She also said four Chinese nationals and their taxi driver are held at a Migori hotel on Sunday night.
