Migori politician Matiko Bohoko has called for negotiated democracy between Luos and Kuria community for rotational governor seat.

Bohoko said as a community, Kuria which is a minority is tired of being deputies since devolution started.

He said the negotiated democracy should follow like that one in Tanzania where presidency is shared between Zanzibar and mainland Tangayinka.
