“I was on a motorbike when I was attacked after saying I support Obado,” Kijana told Migori News at the hospital.

Area ward aspirant Samuel Obrien said Obado supporters accused Obado supporters, naming several related to Obado’s wife who resides from Ngege for causing the melee.

“They think because Obado’s wife comes from Suna East they have automatic support, they should know only those related to the family benefited from devolution while the rest are sleeping in leaking houses,” he said.

Ayacko warned politicians against misusing youths and said voters should pick the best candidate among eight who have declared interest in 2017.
