Suna West constituency may be staring at a possible by-election after former MP Joseph Ndiege who lost on popular ODM ticket filed an election petition.
Ndiege frilled the election petition No. 2 of 2017 at Migori High Court to challenge the win of Peter Masara who sailed through on an Independent ticket.

Ndiege has listed IEBC, Suna West RO Julius Mwita and Masara as respondents.
Masara trounced Ndiege by 1,025 votes which will be contested in court.

This guy is wasting is little remaining money in courts.
His advicers are wasting him.
Ndiege is not serious at all. I thought he could emberk on farming bcoz there is no future for him as far as politic is concern. He had fail in leading the people of suna. Very poor in development, linguistic and unity. Ndiege best qualify as a small scale farmer but not any seat in politic. He is only lucky that most people in suna west are academically dwarf.
