Rongo MP Dalmas Otieno Anyango has called on the area residents to reelect him as the area MP to enable him complete the development agenda he promised them in his manifesto.

The MP urged the residents to ensure they elect visionary leaders who are ready to spare development to the common man.

Speaking to the residents during his campaign for his re election as the area MP urged the residents to be in SACCOS in order to benefit from the government projects and promised to ensure every home gets a dairy cow in order to increase milk production in the area.

At the same time over 100 youths from the region who showed their displeasure for lack of job opportunities will have the opportunity to get training from Siala Technical Institute and the Miyare Agricultural Training centre.

The legislator said the two are projects of area CDF Kitty which he said the youths shall get the required skills and be empowered economically.

On his part Peter Otiang’a, an aspirant for the Central Kamagambo ward who accompanied Otieno during the campaigns called on the residents to promote peace during the nominations exercise.

He warned those planning chaos during the campaigns to desist from such motives in their bid to elect a leader who would empower the region economically.
