Migori governor Ochilo Ayacko lead a united front of county elected leaders to welcome President William Ruto to the region this afternoon when he visited nearby Homa Bay county.

Ayacko first met with local elected leaders, then led them again to meet Ruto and his deputy Rigathi Gachagua where they outlined development agenda for the county.

In his speech,the governor thanked the president for showing positive indication towards uplifting socioeconomic well being of the Nyanza people and in his endeavor

He as well prevailed upon the President to extend his development tour to Migori County so that residents may benefit from the national basket.
