A 20 years old woman and her two children were burnt to death at their mabati rental house in Lwanda Konyango at the shores of Lake Victoria in Nyatike sub-county.

The ugly incident happened at night on Sunday, are police boss John Mutsili said.

The woman, yet to be identified was living with her two children aged two and six months.

 “They were in their house at midnight when neighbours reported the incident, they couldn’t be helped,” Nyatike OCPD John Musili said.

The body was taken to Migori Referral Hospital mortuary.
