Kehancha Town has benefitted from opening of three backstreet roads only weeks after a new board was placed by governor Ochillo Ayacko.
The Kehancha Municipal Board will open roads just within months after being in operation signaling more development goodies after county assembly passed a Sh10bilion budget.
“We have embarked on opening the backstreets roads because as a municipality we have heard the voice of residents on accessibility,” Bohoko said.
He said already earth movers and equipment are in place.
Roads to be opened are; Coop Bank- Cereal Board- Haki na Jasho- Igena, Masonga Shop- Two Beat- River and KCB- Umoja Bar- Mali Complex- Mosque- Damasa roads.
“We want accessibility and ask those who have encroached in road reserves to leave as we embark in making our towns more investor friendly,” Bohoko said.
