#KCSE2019 Isaiah Amonde candidate scores A-, same grade after being cancelled last year

A KCSE student whose result were nullified in 2018 and rescued from bodaboda has scored A-, same results like the precious one.

Gaddafi Odhiambo of Isaiah Amonde secondary school in Uriri Sub-county lost hope after his first attempt to sit for KCSE was nullified and ventured in boda boda business.

Upon persuasion from teachers and relatives, he repeated and surprised the community when he scored A-.

Kenneth Otieno Nyatol the school principal attributed the exemplary performance to
well-coordinated teamwork between the students and the teachers.

Nyatol revealed of his relentless passion to have his students work hard in their studies while at school or at home adding that the respect of Gaddafi’s to his teachers enabled him to succeed in his class.

The school will be taking a total of 45 students to public universities.

The community led by PTA chairman Argiwins Obar Otieno and John Oswe said most girls were also married after their results nullified which took them time to plead with them to return to school.

Isaiah Amonde Secondary school had a mean of 4.6 with 106 students.
