Migori County police officers yesterday arrested five men over an alleged burglary at Ogwedhi Maasai in Migori County.

Clinton Ochieng’ the main suspect led the police and the public to the rest of the suspects who were found with stolen goods in their houses.

Speaking to Migori News, Moses Chepyogon the OCPD Migori said that the thieves have for a long time caused tension in the area.

The five were identified as Clinton Ochieng’, Nashon Anyando,Clinton Osore,Paul Ochieng and Jacob Ochieng.

“We arrested the thieves and realized that they had stolen certain households stuffs from one Mr.Peter Obondo, Ezekiel Kiai,John Oketch and Moses Ouma”,Said Chepyongon.

The five were found in possession of two beds, kerosene stove, plastic chairs, phones, suits and even a panga.

They are being held at the Migori police station awaiting to be taken to court.
