“I feel I can do better for this constituency that is why still seek voters mandate for the third time, I want transparency especially in procurement which has been opaque. Equally will ensure we have enough public participation and equity in distribution of resources and bursary,” he said.
Ogongo also seeks to have well equiped computer labs, improved infrastrute in primary and secondary schools.
“For the first time I will put up an Incubation center for innovations, talents and marketing of new ideas for youths,” he added.
