Community Relief for Development (CRADEVELOPMENT) in Western Kenya is a local youth group for promoting and supporting entrepreneurship among the youths. We are looking for somebody who can develop a business plan for a sustainable social enterprise to tap on the cultural and tourism potential of the area as a way to promote cultural tourism, create employment, improve community incomes and create employment among others.
