Who made you think that Rongo MP Dalmas Otieno, who has been missing from his constituency for past two years, is an ODM rebel?

Otieno, who has been seen as the father of Kalausi rebellion against Cord leader Raila Odinga in South Nyanza has gone under ever since the outfit lost out in Homa Bay county by election.

And eerily, Otieno who has maintained a calculating silence has loudly missed out on a list of 13 ODM leaders who the party seeks to expel and lead to by-elections.

Despite being expelled by Migori county branch from the party and being removed from house committes, Dalmas never turned up as defectors during Jubilee Party merger.

In a letter, Orange House has said once expelled the seats will be declared vacant to necessitate by-elections of the concerned seats.

The affected politicians are;
1. Ukur Yatani-(Marsabit county)
2. Salim Mvurya- (Kwale county)
3. Zainab Chidzuga (Kwale County)
4. Joash Maangi (Kisii County)
5. Stephen Kariuki (Mathare Constituency)
6. Mpuru Aburi (Tigania East Constituency)
7. Gideon Mun’garo Kilifi North Constituency)
8. Mustafa Iddi (Kilifi South Constituency)
9. Cyprian Kubari (Igembe Central Constituency)
10. Isaac Mwaura (Nominated MP)
11. James Rege (Karachuonyo Constituency)
12. Samuel Arama (Nakuru Town Constituency)
13. John Waluke-Sirisia Constituency)
