Police in Rongo are hunting for a man who allegedly defiled his daughter in Kodero Bara sub- location in Rongo sub-county.

The 35years old man defiled his 15 years old daughter who is a class six pupil in a nearby school.

Confirming the incident area sub-chief Edward Mikwa said that the accused person who is HIV positive.

“He called his daughter while she was sleeping in her grandmother’s house at midnight and defiled her,” Mikwa said.

The child was taken to Rongo sub-county hospital while the suspect, who is a serial defiler in the village went on a run.

Mikwa urged the parents to be responsible to their siblings.
