One person dead as four other escaped narrowly on Sunday as their boat capsized while crossing flooded river Migori.
Divers have intensified search for a body of the woman who died after a the boat carrying six gold miners from Matanda miners in Nyatike sub-county and was crossing the flooded river when it capsized.
Kenya Red Cross Society Migori branch said five people were rescued and divers have intensified search for one body before it is swept down to Lake Victoria.
