Police from Uriri sub-county are holding a 50 years old from Kamsaki village in South Kanyamkago ward for defiling a 12 years old minor.

Area police boss Peter Njoroge said the victim is mentally challenged and police are holding the suspect who will be arraigned in court.

He identified the man, whose name has been withheld to protect the identity of th girl.
