Macalder-Kanyarwanda ward residents have lauded aspirant Felix Okwanyo for organising a football tournament at Kowuor village.

The games which took in teams from South West Kadem location was in line with Independent Elections and Boundaries Commission (IEBC) voters registrations drive.

Residents said the tourney helped boost business, keep youths busy before schools re-open and ensured winners got uniforms and trophies.
