If i were cholera…

If I were Cholera I would strike the Governor’s homestead first to serve as a lesson.

It is very careless to assume that a population of approximately 920,000 will be vaccinated in a day or two while the disease is fast spreading.

I have this feeling the health and Sanitation department was all this while asleep ,only to be woken up by cholera.

So sad we launch a preventive campaign against cholera after an attack and not before as if it is a new disease.

When the Governor was busy making countless trips out and into the county probably he didn’t get time to urge residents to use only treated water until cholera struck.

Over 10,000 food hawkers are going hungry now because of negligence.

Leave alone 8 people killed and 80 hospitalised.

I believe everything comes second after Health hence we need to have identified symptoms fast enough and dwelt with it.

Next time no pay without work dear health stakeholders.

(For the love of my County-Migori)
