SUNA West MP Peter Masara has lauded President Uhuru Kenyatta for reaching out to Kanu and former Bomet governor Isaac Rutto to form a unity government.

“We support Kenyatta’s effort to have an inclusive government and reign in hs party,” Masara said.

The legislator said for the country to recover economically after Covid-19, unity will be key from all leaders.

“We are calling on supporters of Deputy President William Ruto to be support changes made by the president for the sake of unity,” Masara said.

Masara also lauded the president on locking Kenya-Tanzania border as a measure to control spread of Coronavirus.
