SHAPING RONGO: Osiany to host Joho, Kisumu DG at St. Jonathan Mixed on Friday

Rongo constituency political barometer David Osiany is set to host Mombasa governor and ODM deputy leader Hassan Joho on Friday in Migori county.

Osiany vied in the last for the Rongo MP seat in last elections and is gearing up for the same seat in 2022 elections.

Osiany, in his official Facebook page said he will be hosting “friends and well wishers at St. Jonathan Secondary School in Kanga.”

“We will be raising resources towards the building of a mixed amenities unit that will have two classes, a laboratory and library,” he said.

Osiany votes at the institution and said he will host Joho as the chief guest, Kisumu Deputy Governor Mathew Owili, Nyeri MP Ngunjiri Wambugu, Migori senator Ochilo Ayacko and media personality Jeff Koinange.

“Ordinary people working together can change history and the mission being to inspire the people to take action, empower them to change their world for the better, and connect them so they can achieve more together than they can alone,” Osiany said.

He said he chose the move after checking “current condition of some of the schools we have within the great constituency.”
