Last month was the end of a financial year, we gave our divergent view on allocation to Migori county governments. It is shocking though that the national government outweighs their (the county’) performance they have been embodied in major corruption.

A food for thought: why should they misappropriate our funds?

First wananchi are overtaxed which if coupled with misuse our resources and the marginalisation of other regions as fuelled by crooked procedures in their appointments when even after advertising posts the positions are filled at the backdoor has increased the feeling of being seclusion.

I wonder about the accessibility of devolved funds especially the county education bursaries targeting poor students because we are already tired of incompetence.
