Migori county government should come with a system of collecting business permit money without harassing people.

Last week the county officials were just harassing business people especially private schools.

How do go and arrest head teachers without even issuing them with invoice before arrests.

The officials should know that time of harassing business people is over. I can not understand why should one arrest head teacher of a school and yet the own of school has
not refuse to pay.

This is very common in Kuria East sub- county. If this continues we will seek legal action next time.
