A Retired teacher is reported dead in a lodging after a night of fun with an unknown lady in Runyenjes, Embu county.

The body of a dead 62 year old man identified as a retired teacher from Chuka was discovered inside a lodging at Village Castle Bar and Restaurant, a popular joint in Runyenjes Town.

Witnesses said he was accompanied in the room yesterday by a young lady who left an hour later only for his body to be discovered by the bar attendants today in the morning hours.

His body has been collected by Runyenjes police and taken to Chuka Lampedusa Funeral Home.

Police said in his family members have been informed as investigations commence.
