An opinion poll done in Homa Bay county has shown Kasipul MP Ong’ondo Were is poised to retain his seat ahead of polls next month.

Ong’ondo Were gets support from 56% of his constituents followed by George Omondi at 25.3%.

Ocholla Odhiambo is third at 13.5% and John Omollo scores 2%, undecided voters stand at 1.8% with others candidates sharing 1.4% among themselves.

The survey was conducted between 30th June – 4th July 2022 by Mizani Africa polls.
