The Orange Democratic Movement chairman John Mbadi has said only two major seats in Migori will undergo universal suffrage.
Speaking in Ramogi FM/TV today he said only Suna West MP seat and Woman Representative seats will be subjected for voting.
This will include all 40 wards seats in the county.
“In Migori information I have now is that Woman Representative aspirants will go universal suffrage, the same will happen in Suna West because the different is only 7 per cent (between Peter Masara and Joseph Ndiege),” he said
Here was his reactions to other seats of direct tickets:
- Rongo MP seat will be given to Paul Abuor, he stood alone
- Suna East MP seat will go to Junet Mohammed. He is alone.
- Uriri MP seat between Mark Nyamita and Jared Kwaga the winner has a huge margin.
- Awendo MP seat between Walter Owino, Peter Midodo and Iscar Oluoch the winner has a wide margin.
- In Nyatike MP seat between Tom Odege and Saka Ratteng the margin is wide enough that another aspirant in other parties are in between.
- In Governor between Ochillo Ayacko, Pamela Odhiambo, Seth Odongo and Seth Odongo the winner’s margin is unsailable. “Migori governor ODM ticket is going for Ochillo Ayacko, we have Pamela who was strong and we are negotiating where we can place her.” Mbadi
- In senator seat the winner in opinion polls is known
He did not tackle Kuria East and Kuria West constituencies which has two and four rivals respectively.
