CENSUS: Kuria West most populous constituency, pass Nyatike which record a decline

Kuria West constituency is the most populous in Migori in the recent population census released by government, overtaking Nyatike which record a decline.

In government released data, Migori has a population of 1,116,436 with 536,187 males and 580,214 females, and 35 intersex to come fourth in Nyanza and second among the Luos.

Kuria West constituency has 208,518 people followed by Nyatike, the largest and now risks being the most marginalised in number of resource allocation at 176,162.

The list populous is Kuria East at 96,872 people.
