Suna West MP candidate for August 9 general elections on Indepedent party ticket Valentine Ogongo has said the constituency is bigger than a party or individuals.
Ogongo said he has been campaigning to be the next legislator and has been perturbed by the amount of negative energy pushed by his two other rivals.
While Ogongo will is already a candidate for the polls, the incumbent Peter Masara and former MP Joseph Ndiege have been going toe-to-toe in campaign trial for the ODM ticket.
“We have supporters of the two violently clashing and causing division based on ethnicity and clans, they are hereby warned that there is an alternative leadership,” he said.
He said once elected, he will strive to include public participation in running the constituency and foster transparency and effective use of NG-CDF kitty.
