Five women groups in Migori County have benefited from a partnership of Women Enterprise Fund and Maendeleo ya Wanawake on a national initiative project of water harvesting.

The donation was a total of 50 tanks from thee Dumu tank company distributed to their homes.

This aims at at assisting homes collect clean rainwater for domestic use. Speaking during the occasion which was held at the migori stadium, the WEF national director Bashir Golicha noted that the project cost was 2.4 million to benefit 50 women who had applied.
