Migingo Island

Disputed Migingo Island fishermen recovered three bodies of omena fisherment that washed up to the beaches.

The bodies were picked on Saturday at about 4pm.

The dead were from Odia beach in Sori and drowned after their boat capsized the previous night following a storm.

Migingo Beach Management Unit chairman John Obunge said the bodies wre taken by marine police to Migori Referral Hospital mortuary.
