Migori town demonstrators for the first time refused to set bonfire on newly constructed road.

On Monday a group of first demonstrators had started a bonfire on the road, but their colleagues put it out instead.

“We know the fires has been destroying the road and in our last demos a section was destroyed, we chose to stop it,” Jared Opiyo, a resident said.

To help block the road the group ask all people passing to drop stones and boulders as they build a road block.
