Man and wife strip naked in Rongo town as they fight for custody of children

There was free drama in Rongo as a man and his wife fought over who should have custody of their children.
The fight turned ugly as the fight by the two de generated to the two stripping naked as a crowed milled around them.

The couple reportedly had domestic differences prompting the woman to walk out from matrimonial home in Nyatike and rented a house in Rongo town staying with her two children.

The husband upon getting information traced her, picked up quarrel demanding to take the children back home in Kadem.

This irked the wife making her shout at the man saying she would not allow her children to be separated from her.

The husband grabbed her forcefully throwing blows at her as their children watched helplessly raising alarm alerting neighbors who responded swiftly but unable to calm down fierce fighting.

Upon sensing huge crown, the woman took to her heels naked leaving the husband who unsuccessfully struggled to take away the children.

The town residents who thronged the scene to have a glimpse, blamed provincial administration for failure to solve the dispute claiming the administrators ignited the problem by drafting a note allowing the husband to collect his children ignoring to address the issue promptly by summoning them to hear the root cause of their separation before drafting a note.

Residents complained over increased cases of domestic differences reported to chiefs with no action at all. They claimed that they normally demand payment in order to act.

Last week two brothers also fought in the same vicinity over what was later reported to be a land dispute.

The two are said to have exchanged bitter words prompting a fight that left one with serious injuries.

The younger brother knocked out his elder two teeth before members of the public wrestled them down, tied their hands with ropes and handed them over to the town chief.

The younger brother was overheard saying he had taken a panga to a grinder that he will use to chop off his elder brother head but no action has been taken to solve the problem.

Rongo town residents urged chiefs to take action informing police to handle the matter as indication of ugly incident occurring was eminent.
