ODM leader Raila Odinga and Women Representative Pamela Odhiambo at Piny Oyie for her homecoming

Migori governor Okoth Obado said he skipped the Saturday homecoming ceremony for Women Representative Pamela Odhiambo because of “personal commitments”

Speaking to Migori News on Sunday over the phone the governor said he was committed that is why he skipped the function which also brought his part leader Raila Odinga.

The governor was placed in the programme and was to invite the governor to speak, a function which was done by Siaya governor Amoth Rasanga.

During the function, Obado did not send any representative or apology for his absence with organisers remaining in a limbo as they frantically tried to reach him.
