The Energy Regulatory Commission (ERC) has issued a PUBLIC NOTICE on the Maximum Pump prices ( Kshs per litre).

In Migori town and surrounding, Super Petrol should sell for Max 90.12, Automotive Diesel 77.85 and Kerosene 54.68.

In Isebania/Sirare border ERC has set Max Pump Prices at 90.30 for Super Petrol, 78.03 Automotive Diesel and Kerosene at 54.86.

Retailers selling above the above set limits risk conviction and liable to Kshs. One million fine and or withdrawal of operating licence. This is according to Section 102(w) of Energy Act 2006…
