I would wish to bring to your attention that going by labor laws and government policies on salary and remunerations as per SRC for the support staff at health facilities in Kenya i find the support staff at
Karungu sub county hospital being underpaid.
I fail to understand how the facility’s cashier is paid Ksh 4900 per month for services rendered to your government while the national government pays the old 4000 per month for personal upkeep without any service rendered.
I believe you have means to confirm this allegation and if that be the case then it is my hope that with your leadership necessary action will be taken to improve this package.
