Former Prime Minister Raila Odinga met with leaders and professionals from Mount Kenya region to chat a way forwards on handshake in what ended up a thinly veiled attack on some Jubilee leaders.

The meeting was spearheaded by leaders Jamleck Kamau and former Mukurweini MP Kabando wa Kabando other locals leaders.

The details of the three hours working lunch meeting was issued officially by Kabando, who in a thinly veiled attacked warned Senate Majority leader Kipchumba Murkomen and national assembly’s Aden Duale.

“We had a working lunch on deliberation with Raila on how the country can move forward against corruption as Mount Kenya community,” Kamau said.

He explained the meeting was spearheaded by the Mount Kenya team after a meeting of leaders and professions earlier at Raila’s Capitol Hill offices.

Kabando said it was sad that leaders who were given positions in parliament and in the country by President Uhuru Kenyatta were undermining the presidency especially against the handshake and fight against corruption.

“As a community we are behind the effort on handshake, we want president to be against leaders are opposed for him,” Kabando said.
