Kisumu Deputy Governor Mathews Owili embarrassed ICT Cabinet Secretary Eliud Owalo during recent relief food distribution in Ahero town.

Owili, while Owalo was seated next to him told him off that Nyanza and the Luo community will not beg to have any help from President William Ruto government.

Owili told Owalo any service from government will be received, but Nyanza was still a stronghold of Raila Odinga.
