“There is no Covid 19 in Kenya and these huge numbers have been doctored to steal donor funds and money through corruption deals, let the economy be opened up,” Robi said.

Speaking to Migori News at his home in Mabera center in a special interview, Robi said Kenya should follow Tanzania and open up the economy.

Kenya has declared close to 40,000 Covid 19 cases with several deaths.

“Covid 19 is just like any other disease, these huge figures are a means of government to steal donors’ funding while economy, schools and bars are closed hurting common wanainchi as elites steal,” he said.

He said, it was true Covid 19 was real and Kenyans are dying, “but it is sad that it has spin into a means by those yelling about handshake, is a useless gimmick that is not helping Kenyans to steal funds.”

Robi said when President Uhuru Kenyatta and ODM leader Raila Odinga had an handshake, “it was a means of stealing from Kenyans in corruption deals as exposed by missing covid 19 funds as the two close supporters have benefitted.”

He said earlier this week, the director of Kemsa during a parliamentary oversight said senior members of the health ministry led by Cabinet Secretary Mutahi Kagwe were involved in missing funds.

“This is clear indication that Kenyans and donors funds wont be treated abnormally by Kagwe who is behaving normally, we should open the economy like Tanzania,” he said.
