Kuria East MP Marwa Kitayama has said ODM leader Raila Odinga will do the donkey work in passing the Building Bridges Initiative (BBI), but 2022 presidency will elude him.
Kitayama said the BBI report did not listen to their grievances as the Kuria community which will make them to be impartial in the process.
“Migori assembly, since they are being forced by outsiders will pass the report. The same to parliament and senate. but people in Kuria will reject it,” he said.
He said Kuria as a community was clear that they wanted heir own county or an additional constituency curved out of Kuria West.
He said the Kuria community has decided to be impartial in the whole process and let the Luo community push it through in cosmopolitan Migori.
“We got nothing from BBI so their is no need to campaign for it, let Raila and President Uhuru Kenyatta force it through. Want we know as the Kuria community our energy will come in making Deputy President William Ruto as president in 2022,” he told Migori News.
