Gordon Ogola represents Moi, meets over 20 Migori Kanu aspirants at Ageng’a Secondary funds drive

Kanu stalwart Gordon Ogola on Friday represented Baringo senator Gideon Moi and Kanu leader in a funds drive at Ageng’a Secondary School.

Moi was to be hosted by ODM leader Raila Odinga’s spokesman Denis Onyango, area MP Tom Odege and other local ODM leaders.

By Friday noon, Moi was said to have rescheduled the meeting as he was to have a private meeting in Laikipia county according to Gordon Ogola the national KANU secretary for Justice and Administration.

Apart from the funds drive, Moi was to meet Kanu party delegates in Migori and about 20 aspirants in Migori ahead of delegates meeting conference on September 30.

“We already have a structure from each polling center in Migori in all 40 wards and the party has been enjoying strong relation with our partners like ODM, Friday meeting was a success to us as Moi was here spiritually,” he said.

Ogola said the way reception from local leaders and party delegates showed the party was out in the right direction come 2022 general elections.
