The director in the NG-CDF board said the region was registering low voter registration numbers because the leaders had invested little in mobilizing locals.

He in turn urged that the leaders to sacrifice resources and direct them towards voter mobilisation in the ongoin mass registration exercise.

The former legislator aslo castigated leaders who were claiming to have gotten ODM certificates ahead of the party nomination exercise.

According to Anyanga, the utterances could lead to voter apathy.

This he said was also tainting the ODM party in bad light.

He was speaking at a funeral in Muhuru Tuesday October 12, 2021.
